A GEORGE III MAHOGANY BUREAU CABINET
LATE 18TH CENTURY
With a moulded cornice above a pair of panelled doors enclosing adjustable shelves, the fall front revealing a fitted interior with drawers and pigeon holes around a central cabinet and with four graduated drawers below on bracket feet, inscribed to the top of the upper section 'William Henry Eastwood Crosland Moor Huddersfield Witsuntide May 28 1882 Yorkshire', the cornice replaced, probably in the late 19th century.
