Crowds Gathering before the Tombs of the Caliphs, Cairo

The Tombs of the Caliphs in Cairo are also called the Southern Cemetery. These tombs with their many minarettes and cupolas these large edifices from the Abbasid period have always attracted tourists as well as locals.
