LATE 19TH CENTURY
Localised wear and multiple stitched splits to field and border; reduced in size
219 cm. x 160 cm.
Together with a Shiraz rug, heavy wear overall, losses to both ends, a hole to the field, 245 cm. x 172 cm.; A Baloutch rug, the aubergine with six elongated panels, heavy wear overall and minor losses, 260 cm. x 143 cm.; And a Kaukasian runner, late 19th Century, the field with a ivory honeycomb lattice of floral shoots, heavy wear overall, slight losses to the ends, 475 cm. x 100 cm.
