MARK OF GORHAM MANUFACTURING COMPANY, 1879,
Circular, on three feet each modelled as a frog crouching on a leaf, the interior chased in relief & applied with rocks & foliage, an iris, a small bird & a water-lily flanked by lily-pads, a narrow band of reel motifs directly below the rim, initialled to side "AFH", 9 in. diameter (23 cm.), 3¼ in. high (8.5 cm.), 24.5 oz.
