Lot Essay

The above boots were manaufactured by Stylo Footwear and presented to George Best. Best then gifted them to the Old Trafford souvenir shop. Due to the break-out of a fire at the shop, the owner gave the boots to his son-in-law. They were later exhibited at the Manchester United Football Museum

The Stylo Footwear company has confirmed that these boots were produced and presented to George Best
