No.3, with button-up collar and embroidered badge, inscribed FFR, inside collar inscribed "Q. Donald, Martinborough" (front sunfaded); and a newspaper article from the 'Wairarapa Times-Age', May 4th, 1967 relating to Quentin Donald's shirt collection

Lot Essay

The above shirt was gained by the New Zealand international Quentin Donald as a swap after the match against France in 1925. In the match played at the Stade des Ponts Jumeaux, Toulouse on the 18th January 1925, France were defeated 30-6 by the New Zealand "Invincibles"
