A Danish silver beaker
Mark of Christian Frederik Nystead, Horsens, circa 1774, maker's mark only
Plain tapering cylindrical and with slightly everted lip. chased with a broad matted band and three plain cartouches, two engraved with flowers and one with the initials and date 'R.H.S.T. A.J.D.H. 1774', the rim with inscriptions, marked on base
10.8 cm. high
160 gr.
The inscriptions on the rim read 'Karen Rasmõs Datter' and 'F.F.S. 1873'.
