Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg, period of Nicholas I
Circular, the centers painted with stylized undulating foliage with blue and green flowerheads, around a red rosette, on black gound with leaf-tip border, surrounded by green palmette motifs at intervals, on ciselé gilt ground, the gilt rim painted in red and green to simulate jewels, one marked under base with blue cipher
