A Tibetan gilt-bronze figure of Bhaisajyaguru
circa 17th century
Seated in vajrasana on a separate moulded lotus base, his right hand holding the myrobalan fruit while the left rests on his lap, wearing patchwork cloak, its borders engraved with flower-heads, his face with serene expression, urna, red coloured lips, elongated earlobes and blue coloured curled hairdress and usnisha topped by a bud, unsealed, alm's bowl missing
