Two ivory okimono, a netsuke and a box and cover
Meiji period
Carved as two oni seated together on the ground, the large one holding up a lotus leaf shaped as a box with cover, the interior with a small crab, minute chip, 12 cm. high; a carving of a bear dressed in a tunic, 10.8 cm. high; a netsuke of figures in a dragon boat, 8.4 cm. long; and an oval body and cover carved with two insects on leaves, 6 cm. wide (4)
