With inward-folded rim, 12 in. (30.5 cm.) diam.; three fragmentary slate palettes, one of pelta-shape, another part of a rhomboid, Naqada I, circa 3500 B.C., 7 5/8 in. (19.3 cm.) long max.; a Predynastic pottery squat jar with twin lug handles and brown painted wavy decoration, Naqada II, 3500-3000 B.C., 2 in. (5 cm.) high; and a quantity of mainly small pottery offering receptacles, Old Kingdom, 3rd millennium B.C./1st millennium B.C., 2¼ in. (5.7 cm.) diam. max. (23)
