The elongated face with long nose, small mouth and eyes recessed for inlay, large flat ears with stylised incised details

Provenance
Probably from the necropolis of Tamna', the capital of the ancient Qataban civilization.
English private collection; given as a gift to a surgeon in Aden in the 1940s.
