With nickel-finished lever movement, 21 jewels, polychrome enamel cloisonné dial depicting a scene of the HMS Bounty in full sail, silvered chapter ring with applied Roman and baton numerals, circular case with stepped lugs, the back secured by four screws depicting the lion of San Marco in relief, case, dial and movement signed, with platinum Ulysse Nardin buckle

The present watch represents number 3 in a limited series of 5 pieces made in platinum. Ulysse Nardin produced the "Historical Boat" series of wristwatches as a tribute to the world's most famous sailing ships, here depicting the H.M.S. Bounty, best known for the mutiny of 1789.
