With gilt-finished three-quarter plate lever movement, some jewels carried in screwed gold chatons, bi-metallic compensation balance, minute repeating on two gongs activated by a slide in the band, gold cuvette, white enamel dial with Roman numerals, four subsidiary dials indicating day, date, month combined with leap year indicator and constant seconds combined with phases and ages of the moon, movement signed, case and cuvette stamped with the maker's mark AS and hallmarked for London
