With nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, glucydur balance, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, textured gilt dial with applied diamond and disc numerals, cushion case with the bezel enhanced by a row of round-cut diamonds, case, dial and movement signed, with integrated 18k gold Patek Philippe bracelet and buckle
24mm diam.

Lot Essay

Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture as 1982 and its subsequent sale on August 13th of the same year.

To the best of our knowledge, the present watch has never before appeared at auction and represents the first example of a reference 4524/1 to appear on the market.

Patek Philippe commenced production of the reference 4524/1 in 1980 and continued its manufacture until at least 1986.
