With nickel-finished lever movement, wolf's tooth winding, 18 jewels, bi-metallic compensation balance, 8 adjustments, gold cuvette, white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, the gold case with translucent gray-blue enamel over engine-turning to the bezel and back, all banded by a ring of opaque white enamel, the back further heightened by opaque white enamel flowers and swags, centered by a rose-cut diamond, all within a platinum filigree surround set with rose-cut diamonds, the platinum bow further enhanced by rose-cut diamonds, case, dial and movement signed, with corresponding chain with cylindrical tapered links further enhanced by translucent gray-blue enamel over engine turning

Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture of this watch with gray-blue enamel, platinum and jewellery as 1910 and its subsequent sale on September 9th, 1912.
