Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture as 1976 and its subsequent sale on June 18th of the following year.

Patek Philippe commenced production of the reference 3619 in 1976. Throughout its manufacture, only approximately 50 pieces were made in total.

According to research, the present watch is one of only 17 examples of the reference 3619 to have appeared at auction.
