The rectangular black enamel case, centering upon a carved jadeite plaque, with rose-cut diamond scrolled detail on light green enamel ground, to the terminals set with a green enamel band and carved amber, accented by a black enamel and bezel-set rose-cut diamond, the black enamel pushpiece opening to reveal a fitted mirror and two covered compartments, mounted in 14k gold, circa 1925, 3 1/8 x 2 x ½ ins.
