Of decagonal form, the top with slightly raised border inlaid with a central roundel with floral spray within bands of graduated lozenges, within geometric and chequered borders, two bands of triangular motifs around the edge, each side with a panel of triangular lattice above tall arched openings, chequered stringing along leading edges, areas of restoration
