Of rectangular form, the pair decorated to one side with black lobes inset with floral sprays on a yellow ground overlaid with gilt meandering vines, within a border of cartouches inset with small flowers alternating with green flower heads, and the other side with black lobes inset with floral sprays on a red ground overlaid with gilt flowers, within a black border - 14 5/8 x 9 1/4in.
