A LUSTRE PAINTED BOWLERY BOWL, SYRIA, 12TH/13TH CENTURY
Of hemispherical form on a high foot, decorated in chocolate-coloured lustre with cobalt splashes - 4 1/8in. (10.5cm.) diam; and another on a short foot with shallow well and everted rim, with black splashes under a pale turquoise glaze - larger 6in. (15.1cm.) diam (2)

The Doorn-Koller Collection, formed in the late 19th and early 20th Century.
