AN IZNIK POTTERY TANKARD, TURKEY, CIRCA 1620
Of tapering cylindrical form with angular handle, the white body decorated with large green and blue saz leaves alternating with red carnations and red and blue tulips all curving to the left, with smaller flowers in the interstices, a band of interlocking red triangles to foot and base, handle with blue abstract lines - 7 5/8in. (19.8cm.) high
