SIX FOLIOS FROM A QUR'AN, ANDALUSIA OR NORTH AFRICA, CIRCA 12TH-13TH CENTURY
Manuscript on parchment, each folio with 9ll. of sepia maghribi, diacritical marks in red, green and blue, verses marked with the word ayah in gold kufic within roundels, other illuminated roundels marking every tenth verse with the verse number written in gold on green ground, the fifth verse marked with a half palmette- folio 24.8 x 18.3 cm.
