Lot Essay

According to the vendor these signatures were obtained by her brother, who worked as a sound recordist for Granada Television, on the occasion of the Beatles television début. On Wednesday, 17th October, 1962, the Granada production team went to the Cavern Club for the lunchtime session for background filming, and before their evening performance, the Beatles went to the Granada Studios in Manchester for the live broadcast between 6.35pm and 7.00pm, performing two songs Some Other Guy and Love Me Do.
