THE CABINET 18TH CENTURY, NUREMBERG, THE STAND MODERN
The cabinet with rectangular later top and moulded cornice above a pair of doors and side panels decorated with shaped panels depicting Chinese and European figures in landscapes within reserves of flowered-lozenge trellis, enclosing a fitted interior with the doors decorated in reverse with marbled corners, and enclosing eleven drawers, three long drawers simulated as three short drawers, with a flap at the top, each drawer decorated with a shaped panel depicting Italian pastoral scenes, on a cream-painted stand with square legs and block feet, the paper printed 'IOHAN.KOCH.FVRTH' and 'KOCH:I'
