The sixteen-sided tilt-top inlaid with radiating veneers of mahogany, maple and walnut and other woods, above a lozenge-inlaid frieze, on a rosewood and ash hexagonal shaft inlaid with crosses and spreading foot, with concave-sided triangular plinth and scrolled feet, with sunk later castors
