The cup exterior and saucer underside with powdered purple grounds, the cup reserved with landscape vignettes of shepherds and shepherdesses after Watteau, within quatrefoil dark-brown line and gilt band cartouches, the saucer with a lady and a gentlemen seated by an urn in a wooded landscape, within a similar gilt border, gilt line rims (2)
