The building replicated in detail (includes diving boards, side steps, etc.), the windows engraved, mounted to a custom-made wooden plinth, the surface painted to simulate green marble, the flag-poles to the front entrance are lacking/one remains but is very damaged, presentation plaque to side of plinth [details in condition report] the enamelled badge of Morecambe applied to either end, 21 x 11in. (53.5 x 28cm.)
