the complete set of 12 lithographs printed in colors plus the lithographic cover in colors, circa 1895-99, on wove paper (the cover on Chine volant), fine and fresh impressions, nine signed and numbered in pencil, one initialed in pencil, four with various numbers, from the edition of 100, printed by Clot, published by Ambroise Vollard, Paris, all with full margins, the cover with minor foxing and a diagonal crease in the upper right margin, Coin de rue, Rue vue d'en haut and L'Arc de Triomphe with pale light-staining, Maison dans la cour with minor surface soiling in the outer margins, minor discoloration at the extreme edges and a few soft diagonal creases at lower left corner, otherwise all in good condition, one examined out of the frame
