Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming manufacture of the present watch in 1960 and its subsequent sale on 13 December 1961. To the best of our knowledge it has never been offered in public before.

Production of reference 2584 was launched in 1958 and replaced by reference 3435 in 1960. The model features a waterproof-style snap on back with a raised border fitting tightly into the case, hence protecting it against the ingress of humidity.
