with inset bright blue eyes, red cheeks, the eyebrows painted in a single black line over a row of dots, the shoulders with holes for attaching cloth upper arms and the head with wig nails just above the neck, early 19th century --15½in. (39cm.) high (nose chipped, some scratches to paint)
