Lot Essay

In contrast to the majority of furnishings for this interior, which featured strongly geometric lines, this design offers an undulating profile. The use of this aesthetic device anticipates the formal structure of later designs such as the Ultrafragola mirror and Mobili Grigi furnishings of 1970.
