Of cylindrical form, with an arched stepped bridge with fourteen of the many stages of life, inscribed in German below, starting with the carriage to baptism and including the cradle, courtship, to old age, and ending with the grave, the rim with a feathery border punctuated with flowerheads, on a diamond-cut base
