He has the President blithely pleading "Guilty!" to the charge of violating all the hackneyed, laissez-faire notions dear to the business community--what Richberg calls "the DuPont Constitution." A rare piece of Rooseveltiana linking FDR, his principal personal secretary, and Richberg, an original "Brains Truster" and architect of early New Deal policies like the National Recovery Administration.
