Set on a shaped circular base with chased scrolls, flowers, and lion's masks, rising to a baluster stem with scrolls and flowers, the sockets with conforming decoration, and detachable open flower nozzles, each base engraved with a crest and Baron's coronet, each marked on base and nozzle, and one marked on socket, engraved with the scratchweights 35=13 and 40=1
