Composed of two gold and partly diamond-set gold necklaces alternated by a pearl-set necklace, alternated by two rectangular openworked and enamelled flowerhead-shaped links centered by a rose-cut diamonds and a ruby, with similar clasp. Suspending an agate cameo carved with a female figure with flowers in her hair flanked by an openworked foliate, partly enamelled border, surmounted by a winged mask amongst foliage
