A group of various signed documents, including: a share agreement for Laurel and Hardy Feature Productions, dated 6 December 1939, valid for five years, issuing 400 out of a total of 1000 shares each to be owned by Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy at a cost of $5.00 per share, signed twice in black ink by Laurel and Hardy, 3pp.; a signed typescript letter from Stan Laurel, dated 6 January 1937, stating ...the undersigned, STAN LAUREL, will appear in that certain picture entitled "Pick A Star"...I shall recieve $10,000.00 for all my appearances and work in connection with the picture; a signed typescript note from Stan Laurel congratulating the 70th anniversary of the Film Division of the Library of Congress ...it is good to know that the Library of Congress will continue to preserve the record of motion pictures for the future.; a typescript agreement with Larry Harmon Pictures Corporation, dated 21 March, 1961, signed twice by Stan Laurel and Lucille Hardy Price, 3pp. (3)
