The Greatest Show On Earth, 1952/Betty Hutton And Cornel Wilde
Three costumes, comprising: a leotard of moss green velvet embroidered with brown velvet, aqua and irridescent sequins on the bodice in a foliate motif, with flesh-coloured chiffon sleeves and neck, trimmed with rhinestones, with Brooks Costume Company label inside with typescript detail Betty Hutton, with corresponding detached sleeves and cap; and a sleeveless leotard of peach chiffon embellished with clear and irridescent sequins, with Paramount label inside inscribed Betty Hutton, both -- made for Betty Hutton as Holly in the 1952 Paramount film The Greatest Show On Earth; and a pair of green wool tights with matching pants embroidered with blue and green sequins in a peacock feather motif -- made for Cornel Wilde as The Great Sebastian in the same film (4)
