Original green cloth, spine and front cover blocked in gilt, original photo-illustrated dust-jacket (spotting on endpapers, dust-jacket with tears and small loss, some soiling, back panel with light spotting and light damp stain). Provenance: contemporary collector's bookplate, and small shelf-ticket.
