Complete with the publisher's printed card laid-in. Original illustrated cloth, original glassine dust-jacket, original printed cardboard slipcase (dust-jacket with one short tear, slipcase rubbed at extremities). Hosoe's and Mishima's signatures in black ink on the limitation leaf.
