produced by HOMOEOPATHIC CHEMISTS JAMES EPPS & CO. 48 THREADNEEDLE ST 7 170, PICCADILLY LONDON.; mid 19th Century
of trunk style, the lid with gilt-tooled trade label and two pockets labelled PLAISTER and two booklet covers labelled ARNICA and CALENDULA, the chest fitted for a booklet THE STEPPING-STONE TO HOMØEOPATHIC AND HEALTH by Dr. Ruddock, and to hold thirty phials with paper content labels and cork stoppers (some damaged), with retaining rod to drawer beneath with brass recessed handle fitted to contain four larger bottles (all original missing, one replacement) and compartment for LINT, with brass escutcheon
