the imposing vessel supported on tall openwork tripod legs, and painted on each side with panels of the 'butterfly deity' with patterned wings outspread, the stylized body with goggle eyes and fanged mouth, alternating with the profile image of a stylized feathered serpent with banded eye, plumed crest, and feathered bundle at the back; in shades of rose, ochre, aqua-green, cream, mustard and black.
