A RARE YELLOW-GROUND BLUE-ENAMELLED 'DRAGON' CONJOINED WALL VASE
QIANLONG IRON-RED SIX-CHARACTER SEALMARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)

Moulded as a conjoined baluster vase, the tapering foot rising to a bulb body before narrowing at the neck, emerging to the gently flared mouth, finely enamelled in lilac-blue tone with a pair of confronted kui dragons, divided by smaller pairs of dragons above and below, all reserved on a graviata lemon-yellow ground, bordered by a band of pink and green enamelled ruyi-heads below the mouthrim and lappets enclosing bejewelled tassels above the foot, the flat reverse side enamelled in lemon-yellow and pierced for attachments
