The washer of quadrilobed form, with deep straight sides in the form of unfurling scrolls, carved around the sides in high relief with four sinuous chilong in pursuit of a single 'flaming pearl' balanced centrally on the rim, the translucent stone of an attractive pale greenish white tone with areas of emerald green highlighting the relief and openwork carvings
