The first upholstered in buttoned calico, the underside with a paper label inscribed '... adjoining Gothic Room 62' and stamped with the three Murray stars (mullets), the second upholstered in gold velvet, one leg repaired (2)

The first chair possibly Kenwood House, London.
Removed to Scone Palace prior to the auction at Kenwood in 1922.
