A PORTUGESE ENTREE DISH AND COVER.
LISBON, CIRCA 1928, RETAILED BY LEITAC & CO.
Shaped circular with a detachable baluster finial, engraved with an inscription, marked on cover, under dish and on finial, the cover further stamped 'Leitac & Ir Lisboa'
11 in. (28 cm.) diam.
The inscription reads 'PRESENTED TO MISS DORATHEA CARNEGIE FROM BRITISH RESIDENTS IN PORTUGAL ON HER FATHER'S RETIREMENT AS H.M. AMBASSADOR AT LISBON'
