EDO PERIOD (18TH CENTURY)
The shaped, rectangular stand on curved supports decorated in gold togidashi-e, hiramaki-e and gold foil on a sparse nashiji ground with birds among grasses and chrysanthemums, engraved lead rim, to be displayed with a Kyoto ware koro decorated in typical coloured enamels and gilt on a cream crackled ground, silver cover, and a kogo in the form of an opened fan in gold hiramaki-e on a nashiji ground
