Edo Period (Meiji 19th Century)
The first ivory with inlay of mother of pearl depicting birds amongst flowers; another wood, with a bird beside peonies; one of cowhorn with Shoki chasing a demon; an ivory manju with a Bijin feeding a child, signed Hogyoku; another with a lady seated on a veranda, inlaid with iroe-takazogan, signed Komin and a kagami buta disk carved with two squirrels on a vine
3.7cm., 3.5cm., 4.3cm. wide, 3.5cm., 4.5cm. and 5.7cm. diam respectively (6)
