The first, single-case, decorated in gold hiramaki-e on a black lacquer ground with a banded hedge; the second, four-case, the black lacquer ground decorated in gold, shibuichi and black takamaki-e with a tsuba of the design of the Three Wise Monkeys, signed Bingo kuni ju Nobumitsu, black lacquer interior; the third, four-case, decorated in gold takamaki-e and inlaid in mother-of-pearl and gold foil with minogame in reeded waters, nashiji interior; and another, four-case, decorated in gold and black hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, gold foil and nashiji with a treadmill for irrigation being washed away in a torrent beneath a willow tree, nashiji interior
