Hammered from a single heavy sheet, of domed form, the neck-guard flaring, the cheek-guards pointed at their ends, the almond-shaped eye holes peaked at their outer corners, the rounded nose-guard protruding, bordered along the perimeter with punched tongues and two rows of dots framing a raised ridge, an incised seven-petaled rosette at the center of the forehead and at the center of each cheek-guard, preserving small rivets along the edge
